Saudi Women in Vision 2030

Anyone who followed the modernization and development that accompanied the accession of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz to the reins of power in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the assumption of the mandate of His Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, may God protect them, believes that this era is a milestone in the transformation of the human rights system, especially Saudi women, as it takes priority from the attention of the Saudi leadership, starting with empowering women in various fields, as they have become ambassadors of our country in countries of the world, such as the United States of America and Sweden. And a member of many international organizations, and deputy to many ministries of state and bodies, and here it is clear that the tender in which Saudi women occupy that distinguished position. How we read in the process of transformation and development in the reformulation of some regulations related to the judicial system, personal status, and the rights of women, children and the family, as they were reformulated in a way that guarantees their full rights, in light of the original values, systems and legislations, and in line with universal human rights, which lead to justice and the delivery of rights to their people, in line with our tolerant values and teachings, in a way that returns to women, their families and society by building cohesive and considering them a sign that leads them to the stability of society as a whole.

Hence, the Kingdom has been keen to participate in international forums as it contributes to parliamentary councils at the Gulf and international levels and UN organizations, such as: UNESCO, the United Nations, the World Health Organization, child and family rights organizations, and everything that links Saudi women with women in the world.

When I return to talking about women's rights in the Saudi judicial system, I find that they have assumed a position in the Saudi Bar Association, and the women's sector in the Ministry of Justice has become covered by specialized competencies in Sharia and legal science and the Public Prosecution, as women have recorded success and excellence in their fields of work on the local and global track.

In a quick reading of the reality of Saudi women in the courts of justice, we find through experience that we are achieving high numbers and statistics in our success in financial, family and economic human rights cases, and even on the path of commercial rulings, we are witnessing today the success of women in many of their commercial fields after achieving their demands that enabled them in the era of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030, and women continue to excel day after day in the march of successes achieved at multiple levels inside and outside the country.
